Supplies Return Policy

(1) General Return Policy for Supplies: If you receive product that does not meet your expectations, please call us within 48 hours of delivery at (800) 794-8288, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST. Any credit requests received more than 48 hours after delivery will be denied. If you call within the 48-hour window but after business hours, please leave a message to record compliance. Alternatively, you can email Supplies@teleflora.com with your credit request within the 48-hour window. Please note that in most cases, requests for credit must be accompanied by a photo of all product (i.e., all items being claimed must be visible) and of the box label.  In addition, please conserve all packaging, as Teleflora reserves the right to have the shipment returned, in its original box.

In the event that a delivery attempt made during normal business hours is unsuccessful due to a shop not being available, any credit request will be denied even if the product is ultimately delivered the next business day.

(2) You have 24 hours from the time you initially place a Supplies order to modify or cancel the order.  You can modify or cancel your order by accessing your Account information on theMARKET website or by contacting Customer Service at (800) 794-8288.

Supplier Exceptions and/or Special Return Instructions.

(1) Moonstruck Chocolate: Moonstruck chocolates are handcrafted, using only the finest and freshest all-natural ingredients without artificial preservatives. As such, they are a perishable item and cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted in the event that you receive an item that you did not order. In the event that you receive an item that you did not order, please email supplies@themarket.com within 48 hours of delivery and a Teleflora team member will contact you to resolve the issue.

(2) Lion Ribbon: All Lion ribbon, with the exception of holiday ribbon pre-orders, are subject to the general return policy for supplies. In response to the high demand of holiday ribbon, Lion Ribbon welcomes pre-orders, which reserve and allow you guaranteed delivery of your selected items. You have 24 hours from the time you initially place a Supplies order to modify or cancel the order; Holiday pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified after this time.

(3) First & Main: Upon refund approval, please return the items to First & Main at the following address:

In the shipment, please include the following information:
         · Customer #: C-44705 Teleflora
         · PO #
         · Shop name and address
         · A note to please credit your account

Once First & Main confirms receipt of your returned product, Teleflora can process your refund.

(4) GUND: Upon refund approval, Teleflora will provide shop with an RMA number from GUND. An RMA number is required for all returns. Please write this RMA number on the return shipping label. 

All items must then be returned to the following location:

Once GUND confirms receipt of your returned product, Teleflora can process your refund.

(5) Ghirardelli Chocolate: Ghirardelli chocolates are a perishable item and therefore cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted in the event that you receive an item that you did not order. In the event that you receive an item that you did not order, please email supplies@themarket.com within 48 hours of delivery and a Teleflora team member will contact you to resolve the issue.
